Fishrr Delete Your Account

You can delete your Fishrr account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. No email or support request is required.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Fishrr app and sign in.
- Tap your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Your account is deleted immediately. You will be signed out and cannot undo this action.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All tanks and fish records you created
- Water parameter logs and reminders
- Any active subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period
What is retained
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics events are retained for up to 90 days for product improvement. These cannot be linked back to your identity once your account is deleted.
- Transaction records required for tax and legal compliance may be kept for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable law. These records do not include your app data.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to sign in or access the app, email us at support@fishrr.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
